Which currency will I be charged in?
We operate in US Dollars. However, we offer you the choice to select the currency of the country you are shopping from. This is highly recommended in order to avoid paying currency conversion rates on your end.

Are my payment details secure when making online purchases at Anthology Creations?
All payment transactions are processed by our service providers Stripe (as of October 9, 2022) and PayPal. Our service providers use encryption to protect your data and are required to protect the security and confidentiality of personal data they process. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your credit card has been compromised), please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes. You may request changes to your order within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please contact us immediately to request changes at email@example.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Anthology Creations is proud to serve international customers from countries that benefit from the Free-Trade Agreement with the USA including: Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Jordan, Mexico, Morocco, Nicaragua, Oman, Panama, Peru, Singapore, and South Korea.
We also ship to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Who pays Sale Taxes, VAT, and/or import duties?
The prices displayed on our website do not include sales tax, VAT, or import duties (where applicable), but may be charged to the customer once the package arrives to its destination. These fees are determined by the local Customs authorities. Anthology Creations is not responsible for any import duties, VAT, or delays associated with Customs in the country of destination. Please contact your local Customs Office to get more details about taxes and import duties.
What is the Processing Time for an order?
For in-stock items, our processing time is 2 to 3 business days. If an order includes a custom item or an item that is out of stock, the processing time will vary. Custom items usually take about 10 business days to create and prepare for shipment. Out of stock items, will need to be monitored closely.
Where do you ship from?
Anthology Creations sources items from all over the world and will fulfill orders from either the nearest warehouse to the customer’s delivery address, or from a warehouse where the item is available at time of shipment.
